What the f**ck was BIOL 220?

This may sound inappropriate or intense but I can assure you that I mean no offense to this course, course instructors, or the Biology Department. My intensity comes from my experiences as a student in this course who was also a student with a challenging medical obsitcal and a difficult personal life that interfered with my academic abilities. This did not only impact my experience in Biol 220, but it impacted it three separate times.

Taking any course three times would be discouraging to any student. I felt discouraged after the first time, heartbroken after the second, and nearly cried tears of joy after the third time. Third time’s the charm, but it nearly broke me.
